Cocktail Dosa is my variation to dosa recipe which can be prepared in 5 minutes. This batter requires no fermentation. It taste awesome.If you are working women do try this out. This will save lot of your time.

Serves : 10 dosas
Ingredients
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup
Ragi Flour - 1/4 cup
Sooji/Semolina - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour/maida - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 5 strands
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying dosa

Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above with water to form medium consistency (not too thick/thin) dosa batter.
- Heat the tava.. drizzle oil. Pour laddle full of batter and spread to form dosa. cover it with lid. Once its cooked flip on other side. add drops of oil to edges and cook for few seconds. Repeat this for remaining batter.
- Dosa is now ready. Serve it hot with coconut chutney/ hing chutney and enjoy
