THAI PEANUT NOODLES

Peanut Noodles is very flavorful, mouthwatering and is prepared using peanuts, vegetables and sauces.It  is very simple and easy to prepare and is must try recipe.
Noodles
Preparation time : 30 minutes
Serves : 3

Ingredients
Noodles - 250 g ( I have used Reggano Angel hair)
Celery - 1 stick
Cabbage chopped - 1 cup
Broccoli florets - 10
Mushroom - 4 oz
Onion chopped - 1
Green chilis chopped - 3
Garlic cloves chopped - 3
Ginger grated - 1 inch
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
Sriracha hot chili sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Peanut - 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp finely chopped to garnish
Coriander leaves and spring onions - to garnish
Honey - 1 tsp
Peppercorns crushed - 8
Red chili Powder - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Dry red chili - 2 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation
  • Boil noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Heat oil in pan. add ginger, garlic, green chili, dry red chili, 1 tbsp peanut and saute for a minute.
  • Now add onions and saute till it becomes soft.add mushrooms and saute till its cooked.then add celery, cabbage , broccolli and saute.
  • Add soya sauce, Worcestershire, chili sauce, vinegar,honey, pepper powder, chili powder, paprika, salt to taste and mix well till everything is combined and saute this for a minute.
  •  Now add the cooked noodles and toss till combined. Garnish it with coriander leaves, spring onions and peanut.
  • Thai Peanut Noodles is now ready. Serve it hot and enjoy.
