VEGETABLES IN BLACK BEANS SAUCE

Vegetables in black bean sauce is a very tasty, mouth watering dish that can be served with rice recipes/noodles/bread.  This dish is prepared using vegetables, black bean sauce and other sauces. You can use any vegetables of your choice. I have used home made black bean sauce for this recipe. I just love the flavor of this black bean sauce.

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4 to 5

Ingredients
Black Bean sauce - 1 cup
Mushroom - 4 oz
Onion chopped - 1
Carrot chopped - 2
Cabbage chopped - 1 1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped - 1
Celery chopped - 1 stick
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves chopped - 4
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tsp
Soya sauce  - 1 tsp
Apple cider Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation
  • Heat Oil in Pan. Add onion, garlic cloves and saute till it becomes translucent.
  • Add mushrooms and saute till its cooked.Add vegetables one by one and cook them for minute.
  • Now add black bean sauce. worcestershire, soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt and mix well and bring this to nice boil.
  • Vegetables in Black Beans Sauce is now ready. Serve hot with  rice recipes/noodles/bread and enjoy.
