Parsley Rice is delicious, flavorful rice recipe prepared using fresh parsley, garlic and spices. This dish is very easy to prepare and I am sure you are going to love it. I have used jasmine rice for this recipe. You can use any rice of your choice.Do try this out and share your comments.

Jasmine Rice - 1 cup
Garlic cloves finely chopped - 8
Parsley finely chopped - 3/4 cup
Onion chopped - 1/2
Green beans chopped - 5
Capsicum chopped - 1/2
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chili Powder - 1 tsp
Broken cashews - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation
- Boil the rice adding little salt according to package instructions and drain them.
- Heat oil in pan. add onion, garlic cloves , cashew and saute till it becomes translucent.
- Add beans and capsicum and saute for another minute.
- Now add add fresh parsley, pepper powder, chili powder, mix well and saute for another 1 minute.
- Add cooked rice, butter, salt to taste and mix till everything is combined.
- Parsley Garlic rice is now ready. Garnish it with parsley, serve hot and enjoy.
