Strawberries and cream is very delicious and simple dessert. I must say this is the best way to enjoy the fresh strawberries. This is one of my favorite dessert recipe. I just love the fresh whipped cream and when mixed with strawberries its truly a treat!Nothing is simpler and tastier than this dessert.

Strawberry - 8 oz
Sugar - 1/4 cup
For the Whipped Cream
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Heavy Cream - 1 1/2 cup

Preparation
- Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters and add sugar to strawberry and mix well. Keep it aside for 1 hour so that juices are released from the fruit.
- Whip vanilla extract, sugar, heavy cream till you get medium stiff peaks.
- Arrange the strawberries and cream in layers and enjoy.
