Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For paste
Onion - 1/2
Garlic cloves - 3
Ginger grated - 1 inch
Dry Red Chilis - 10
Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation
- Grind the ingredients mentioned in 'For paste' to form smooth paste.
- Heat oil in pan. add the ground paste and boil till raw smell goes off.
- Add worcestershire, soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt to taste, mix well and bring it to nice boil.
- Dipping sauce is now ready. Serve it with your favorite dish and enjoy.
