HOMEMADE DIPPING SAUCE

Dipping sauce can be used with different variety of food to enhance its flavor. I use this dipping sauce for momos, rice recipes, potato fries, appetizers. Do try this simple recipe and share your comments.

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Serves : 1 cup

Ingredients
Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

For paste
Onion - 1/2
Garlic cloves - 3
Ginger grated - 1 inch
Dry Red Chilis - 10
Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation
  • Grind the ingredients mentioned in 'For paste' to form smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in pan. add the ground paste and boil till raw smell goes off.
  • Add worcestershire, soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt to taste, mix well and bring it to nice boil.
  • Dipping sauce is now ready. Serve it with your favorite dish and enjoy.
