Red chili - 8 to 10
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Maggie cube/bouillon - 1
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Preparation
- Grind onion, garlic, red chili adding little water to form thick paste.
- Heat oil in pan. add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds.
- Add bouillon, thick ground paste, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, ketchup, brown sugar , salt to taste and water for desired sauce consistency and bring it to nice boil. simmer it for 20 minutes.
- Chilli Garlic sauce is now ready. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator and serve as needed.
