Couscous is dish of drum wheat semolina which is cooked by steaming. This can be served with any simple side dish like chilly potato. I have prepared spicy couscous, this tastes just awesome and is very easy to prepare
Preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients
Plain Couscous - 10 oz(1 pack)
Water - 2 cups
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1/2
Garlic cloves - 5
Green chilis chopped - 3
Ginger grated - 1 inch
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 tsp(optional)
Cumin seeds/jeera - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish

Preparation
- Heat Oil in pan. add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and saute for few seconds.
- Add onion, ginger, green chili, garlic and saute till translucent.
- Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, salt to taste and mix well.
- Add 2 cup of water to it and bring it to boil. once it starts boiling add couscous, mix well cover it with lid and switch of the flame.
- After 5 minutes just fork it.
- Spicy couscous is now ready. garnish with coriander leaves, Serve hot with chilly potato and enjoy.
