CHINESE BHEL

Chinese Bhel is famous Indian street food recipe that consists of vegetables, sauces and crispy noodles. This is my favorite of all time.. We just love this at home. No  street food can be tastier than this. Try this at home and I am sure you are going to love it...Its just mouth watering and you will crave for more and more.
Noodles Recipes
Preparation time : 30 minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients
Green chili chopped - 3
Capsicum chopped - 1/2
Beans Chopped - 5
Carrot chopped - 1
Ginger grated - 1 inch
Onion chopped - 1
Cabbage chopped - 1/2 to 1 cup
Celery chopped - 1 stick
Garlic cloves chopped - 4
Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
Sriracha Hot chili sauce - 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1tsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1tsp
Maggi Cube/ Bouillon - 1
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
Noodles of your choice/ Readily available fried noodles - 300g ( I use Reggano angel hair pasta)
Vegetable Oil for frying noodles

Preparation
  • Add water and salt and boil the noodles upto 80%. Drain them and allow it to cool completely and then fry the noodles. If you are using store bought fried noodles then skip this step.
  • Heat Oil in pan. add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and saute till translucent.
  • Now add maggi cube, celery, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beans and saute for minute to 2.
  • Add soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt to taste and mix everything well. cook this for 1 minute.
  • Now add the fried noodles and toss till everything is combined.
  • Chinese Bhel is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
Tip:
Mix fried  noodles to the sauce prepared only when you are ready to eat and serve this dish hot.
