SPICY KALE CHIPS

Baked kale chips is very easy to make snack recipe.Try this spicy, delicious, irresistible kale chips prepared by coating kale with spices. You can always vary the amount of spices the way you like to have it.Do try this out and share your comments.

Serves : 4 to 5

Ingredients
Kale - 1/2 bunch
Red chili powder - 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil -  2 tbsp

Preparation
  • Preheat oven for 350 degree F.
  • Wash the kale leaves and dry them using paper towel. separate the leaves from stem and cut them into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
  • In bowl mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic salt, pepper powder and mix well. Coat kale leaves with this spice mixture and place them on baking sheet.
  • Bake them for about 12 to 15 minutes until edges are brown and not burnt and allow them to cool on the baking sheets so that it turns crispy.
  • Kale chips are now ready. serve and enjoy
