SPINACH BASIL FARFALLE

Spinach Basil Farfalle is delicious, healthy, nutritious pasta prepared using fresh basil leaves, garlic, spinach and sauces.The aroma of this dish is just amazing. I always love to keep my recipes simple by adding ingredients readily available in my kitchen. Serves : 3

Ingredients
Farfalle - 250 g (9 oz)
Garlic cloves - 8
Basil leaves chopped - 3/4 cup
Spinach chopped - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Sriracha chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
Red pepper flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste.

Preparation
  • Boil and drain the farfalle according to package instructions and keep it aside. I have used farfalle from barilla.
  • Heat oil in pan. add garlic cloves and red pepper flakes and saute in medium flame till it turns light golden in color.
  • Now add spinach, lemon juice and saute it for minute.
  • Add basil leaves, sriracha chilli sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add the cooked farfalle and toss till everything is combined.
  • Spinach Basil Farfalle is now ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
