MIXED FRUIT SANDWICH - HERE ENDS MY SANDWICH MANIA FOR THIS MONTH

Mixed Fruit Sandwich is delicious,sweet sandwich prepared using fruits, dry fruits. The combination of flavors that comes out from different fruits is truly amazing. If your are sweet lover/fruits lover then I can guarantee you that you will love this and prepare this more often . I am sure kids will love this. 
Sandwich Recipes
Preparation time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients
Bread Slices - 8
Butter to toast the bread
White Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/8 tsp
Dry fruits chopped - 1/3 cup ( I have used almond, cashews, dates and raisins)

Chop the below fruits into small chunks:
Strawberries - 1 cup
Banana - 1 cup
Pineapple -  1 cup
Mango - 1 cup

Preparation
  • In a non stick pan, add all the chopped fruits along with sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook in high flame for exactly ten minutes. Keep stirring it during the process. 
  • Finally add the cardamom powder, mix well. switch off the flame. Let it cool down for about 10 minutes so that it thickens.
  • In tava/griddle place two bread slices and toast it using butter. spread the fruit mixture on one bread and sandwich it with other toasted bread slice. Repeat the process for other bread slices.
  • Mixed fruit sandwich is ready.serve immediately and enjoy.
