Semi-healthy hangover sandwich with grilled eggplant, smoked chicken and sambal

You dull and throbbing head (damn you, champagne!) Asks on January 1 to gunboat diplomacy. After drinking alcohol your body screams for fat - bacon to cheese fries-with. What also works very well for me is what I call my own shock therapy: a ginger-lime-pepper shot from the juicer, which gives you such a kick in the ass that you're right back fresh and fruity. If that is a little too intense, try this semi-healthy sandwich with a generous dollop of sambal. Please give the pepper up your ass, but also gives you also get some nutrients through the eggplant and smoked chicken. This recipe is perfect for breakfast or lunch for one person.

Drink a cup of ginger tea on and you're on top of it so again.
Happy New Year!

Preparation:

Place a grill or toaster on.

If you have not grilled the eggplant yet, do it now. Can also fine on a grill or sandwich maker, incidentally. Cut the vegetables into slices about 1 cm and cook until cooked in 2-3 minutes.

Divide the smoked chicken, cheddar cheese and eggplant on one of the sandwiches. Whether you spell or simply used wheat bread does not really matter to me, but try to always check whether it is whole wheat flour used; there is the whole grain and therefore more nutrients!

Put the other slice of bread on the stack of eggplant, chicken and cheese toasted sandwich and grill about 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Serve with curry (my favorite!) And a dollop of sambal.

Bye hangover!
