CHILLI CORIANDER RICE

Chilli Coriander Rice is spicy and flavorful rice recipe prepared using green chilis, coriander leaves, spices and sauce. Just give it a try and I am sure you and your family will be impressed. You can serve this rice with Veg manchurian/Chill garlic balls or any Indo-Chinese gravy.

Serves : 3

Ingredients
Jasmine rice/ Basmati Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Turmeric -  a pinch
Salt to taste
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves chopped - 5
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Spring onion - 1 1/2
Green chili chopped - 5
Ginger grated - 1 inch
Coriander leaves - 10 strands
Apple cider vinegar - 3/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Sriracha Hot chili sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp

Preparation
  • Cook the rice according to the instruction given in package.While cooking rice add pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp olive oil , salt to taste.
  • Heat Oil in pan. Add ginger and garlic, white of spring onion and saute for minute
  • Now add cabbage, green chili, coriander leaves and saute for another minute
  • Add vinegar, chili powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add cooked rice and mix till everything is combined.Garnish it with spring onions.
  • Chilli Coriander Rice is now ready. Serve hot with Veg manchurian/Chilly garlic balls or any Indo-Chinese gravy and enjoy.
