Spicy Garlic Asparagus is perfect side dish for any variety of rice.It can be served as appetizer too. I had it for first time and I just loved it. It tastes really awesome.Try this out as side dish with Asparagus Rice
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Serves : 12 asparagus
Ingredients
Asparagus - 1/2 pound
Garlic cloves chopped - 5
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Sriracha Hot chili sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorns crushed - 8
Parmesan Reggiano - To garnish.
Salt and garlic salt to taste
Aluminium foil - to develop flavor

Preparation
- Cut 1 inch base of asparagus and discard.
- Heat Oil in pan.Let flame be high add asparagus and saute till skin develops some color.After about 5 to 6 minutes check one asparagus if it wiggles it means its done.
- Meanwhile in aluminum foil add salt,garlic salt, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, pepper powder and mix well.
- Once asparagus is done add garlic saute for few seconds and switch off the flame.
- Transfer this to aluminium foil and fold it.keep it for 5 minutes to develop the flavor. Now open and mix so that asparagus is coated.
- Spicy garlic asparagus is now ready.Garnish it with Parmesan, serve and enjoy.
