THAI COLESLAW

Thai Coleslaw is favorite among my salad recipes. This salad can be prepared in different ways.I am writing my simple variation which tastes just awesome you will carve for more and more. Serve this with Spicy Quinoa. This combination is the best!! Never miss to try out this simple recipe
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Serves 3

Ingredients
Onion finely chopped - 1/2
Medium Carrot grated - 1
Green chilis chopped - 2
Garlic clove finely chopped - 1
Brown Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Sriracha hot chili sauce - 4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 8 -10 strands
Lime juice - 4 tsp
Olive oil - 4 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tsp

Preparation
  • In large bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix well.do not add salt.Nothing can be simpler than this !!!!!
  • Thai Coleslaw is ready. Serve with Spicy Quinoa and enjoy.
