HAWAIIAN SWEET ROLLS

Hawaiian Sweet Rolls is sweet, delicious, easy to make bread recipe. Try baking this at home and you are going to love it for sure.  Home made breads are always tastier than store bought and healthier as you have control over all the ingredient amounts. You can also try out these Bread Recipes.
Preparation time : 2 hour 30 minutes to 3 hours
Serves : 15 sweet rolls

Ingredients
All purpose Flour/ maida - 3 cups
Eggs - 2
White Sugar - 1/4 cup
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
Ginger grated - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Active Dry Yeast - 1 packet ( 2 1/4 tsp)
Butter - 1/8 cup
Olive Oil - 1/8 cup
Water/Pineapple Juice - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Honey - 1 tbsp

Preparation
  • In warm water that is about  115 degree F add 1 tsp of sugar and allow it to dissolve. Now sprinkle the yeast and leave it undisturbed for 10 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs.Then add sugars, ginger, vanilla, butter, olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mix well.
  • Add the flour , salt to large bowl, beaten egg mixture, yeast mixture and mix everything well till it is combined. It is better to use your hands instead of any spoons.
  • Cover this with warm cloth and place it in warm place for about 1 hour or till it is doubled.
  • Remove dough from bowl. dust the working surface. Knead it for say 10 to 15 times. Divide it into equal portions and shape it to rolls.
  • Grease the baking pan/loaf pan and place these rolls. Cover it with warm towel and allow it to rest in warm place for 1 hour or till it is doubled again.
  • Pre heat the oven for 350 degree F. Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes or till golden brown. Brush it with melted butter.
  • Hawaiian Sweet Rolls are now ready. Serve it with ghee/butter and enjoy

Tip:
  • For warm environment you can preheat the oven for the minimum setting , turn it off and then place the dough.
