ALL PURPOSE FLOUR DOSA

All purpose flour dosa also called Maida panna polo in konkani is simple, easy breakfast recipe which requires no fermentation and can be prepared in 5 minutes. If you are working women do try this out as this will save lot of your time. This dosa can be served with butter/ghee. do try this out and share your comments.
Maida panna polo
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Serves : 8 to 10 dosas

Ingredients
All purpose Flour/maida - 1 cup
Hot water - 2 cups
Coriander leaves - 5 strands
Green chilis chopped - 3
Salt to taste
Oil for frying dosa

For tempering
Vegetable/Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves chopped - 5

Preparation
  • In bowl add flour, green chili, coriander leaves, salt and hot water and mix well to form dosa batter.
  • Heat oil in pan. add mustard seeds when they splutter add curry leaves and saute for few seconds. add this tempering to dosa batter.
  • Heat the tava/griddle. drizzle oil. Pour laddle full of batter , drizzle oil to edges. cover with lid and cook til golden brown. flip the dosa to other side and cook for few seconds till golden brown in color. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
  • All purpose flour dosa/Maida panna polo is ready. serve hot with butter and enjoy.
