ASPARAGUS MUSHROOM GARLIC RICE WITH FETA CHEESE

Asparagus Mushroom Garlic Fried Rice With Feta Cheese is very delicious , yummy rice recipe prepared using all my favorite ingredients. This recipe is very easy to prepare. Few ingredients and the rice is done and it just tastes awesome.I have used Jasmine rice. You can use normal rice/left over rice/basmati rice . Do try this out and share your comments. Preparation time : 20 minutes
Serves : 2 to 3

Ingredients
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Asparagus - 1/2 pound
Mushroom - 4 oz
Garlic cloves - 8
Red pepper flakes - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Maggie cube/bouillon - 1
Feta Cheese - for garnish
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation
  • Cut the stem of asparagus and then chop them into 1/2 to 1 inch cylinders.
  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions adding salt.
  • Heat oil in pan. add garlic cloves, red pepper flakes and saute till it becomes light in color. Now add asparagus and saute for 5 minutes in medium-high flame till its cooked.
  • Add mushroom, pepper powder, bouillon, and saute till mushroom is cooked. 
  • Add salt as per taste, lemon juice and mix well. Finally add cooked rice and toss till everything is combined.
  • Asparagus Mushroom Garlic Fried Rice With Feta Cheese is now ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and feta cheese and Serve hot and enjoy.
