NO KNEAD CIABATTA BREAD

Ciabatta is Italian bread prepared using flour, yeast, salt and oil.This bread is elongated, broad and flat. Homemade bread are always tastier and healthier than store bought as you have control over all the ingredient amount. This is one of the simplest bread recipe, do try this out and share your comments
No Knead Ciabatta Bread
Preparation time : 18 hours
Serves : 1 big loaf

Ingredients
Active Dry Yeast - 1/4 oz(7g)
Warm water - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt -  1 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
All Purpose Flour/Maida - 3 1/2 cup

Preparation
  • In bowl add sugar and warm water. sprinkle the yeast and leave it undisturbed for 10 minutes. that is till it forms bubble on top.
  • Now add the all purpose flour , salt , oil and mix well until the dough comes together into a ball. This dough is quite sticky.
  • Cover the dough with warm towel and rest it in warm place for about 15 hours or till it is doubled.
  • Dust the working surface. transfer the dough onto working surface. flatten the dough to form a rectangle.
  • Sprinkle flour on baking sheet. transfer this rectangular dough into baking sheet and cover it with warm towel. let it rest for 1 to 2 hours till it is doubled.
  • Preheat oven for 425 degree F. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until done and golden brown in color.
  • Ciabatta Bread is now ready. serve it with butter, cheese or  soup and enjoy
