OVEN ROASTED ROSEMARY GARLIC POTATOES

Oven Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes is truely perfect side dish for lunch/dinner with amazing flavor of garlic and rosemary. I must say this is a classic combination and super delicious. One of the best recipe I have tried with potatoes. It is worth it.
Preparation time : 45 minutes
Serves : 3

Ingredients
Baking Potatoes - 3
Garlic cloves chopped  - 8
Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
Fresh Rosemary Chopped - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cayenne Powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Preparation 
  • Preheat oven for 450 degree F and Place aluminium foil on baking pan and place it in oven for it to become hot.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and microwave for 3 minutes.
  • In bowl add the potatoes, olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic cloves, red chilli flakes, salt and mix well till its very well combined. 
  • Transfer this in the baking pan and roast for 30 minutes or till its crispy, golden brown, Turning the potatoes in 15 minutes so that its cooked evenly on both the sides. You can sprinkle the cayenne pepper in the last 5  minutes.
  • Yummy Oven Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes is now ready. Serve hot and enjoy
